Often, the website on the back of the card will have a link to check the balance. If there isn’t a website, most cards will have a toll-free customer service phone number with a balance inquiry option. You can also call the store where the card was purchased to ask about its balance.

Other online stores allow you to link your physical and digital cards in a single online wallet. This is a great way to keep track of your cards, and you can also use it when shopping in-store.
